Every piece available on Gallery58 is designed by Paul Seville + Steph Aman & made by hand at our Atelier. This is where we embroider the silks, dye, mould, carve & sculpture the leathers. Nothing is mass produced, absolutely no production runs on our Gallery collections. Each piece is made to the clients specification and individual size when ordered. You can be 100% guaranteed that when you order, our skilled team make by hand your chosen styles. We have been creating this way for our Gallery58 shop since 2012.
We are aware that these pieces are a financial commitment for you & are not a casual purchase. It is our promise & objective to surpass your expectations.

Delivering to the EU
We are still selling & shipping to Europe but please do contact us direct on [email protected] prior to placing your order with us so we can advise you & help you through the process.
We will reply to your email immediately. It is in our interest to make sure you pay no more than the advertised price.
We endeavour to dispatch In Stock products within 5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays), although dispatch times may vary with seasonal holidays and festivals such as Christmas and Easter etc.
All Made to Order products have a 10 day production time, prior to dispatch. They are then dispatched in the same manner as our In Stock products.
The production time for The Couture Collections will vary depending on the products chosen, we will advise you on lead times prior to purchase.
To offer you the best service and for reasons of reliability we use a courier company (UPS) for all deliveries to the UK, Europe, USA and worldwide. As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number details (Air Waybill) for the corresponding delivery company, together with details on how to track. Please note that normal courier services might not be available during the festive and pre-festive days but we will inform you of any changes to the agreed delivery schedule. Also, please note that the estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and we, Steph Aman, Paul Seville and Gallery 58 are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Import Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties and/or additional taxes or expenses incurred due to complying with foreign regulatory requirements or laws. The customer / recipient will be responsible for payment of any such duties and/or taxes in addition to the cost of delivery. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office or taxation authority for further information before placing your order. Steph Aman, Paul Seville and Gallery 58 are not responsible for these charges.

We ship worldwide from UK to Europe, North America, South America, & parts of Asia & Oceania.
Details & exact costs will be available at checkout or contact us directly for quote. We use UPS courier worldwide.
There may currently as of 2024 be some restrictions in exporting to some countries, the exact list of countries varies from time to time. Please contact us for further information.
Royal Mail: We can offer you postal service with Royal Mail world wide, this service is generally cheaper but may take longer to arrive. Please contact us for a quote.

Branded Packaging
All Paul Seville and Steph Aman products are packaged and delivered in plain postal boxes for safe and protective transit. Where necessary any delicate leather goods may be additionally packed with bubble wrap. Each purchased product comes with its own branded Cotton Drawstring bag. We recommend continuous use of our specially produced protective cotton bags for prolonged life of your purchase.
