Delivery

We endeavour to dispatch In Stock products within 5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays), although dispatch times may vary with seasonal holidays and festivals such as Christmas and Easter etc.

All Made to Order products have a 10 day production time, prior to dispatch. They are then dispatched in the same manner as our In Stock products.

The production time for The Couture Collections will vary depending on the products chosen, we will advise you on lead times prior to purchase.

To offer you the best service and for reasons of reliability we use a courier company (UPS) for all deliveries to the UK, Europe and USA. As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number details (Air Waybill) for the corresponding delivery company, together with details on how to track. Please note that normal courier services might not be available during the festive and pre-festive days but we will inform you of any changes to the agreed delivery schedule. Also, please note that the estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and we, Steph Aman, Paul Seville and Gallery 58 are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Import Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties and/or additional taxes or expenses incurred due to complying with foreign regulatory requirements or laws. The customer / recipient will be responsible for payment of any such duties and/or taxes in addition to the cost of delivery. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office or taxation authority for further information before placing your order.

Branded Packaging

All Paul Seville and Steph Aman products are packaged and delivered in plain postal boxes for safe and protective transit. Where necessary any delicate leather goods may be additionally packed with bubble wrap. Each purchased product comes with its own branded Cotton Drawstring bag. We recommend continuous use of our specially produced protective cotton bags for prolonged life of your purchase.
